, the popular Ghanaian actress, has opened out about the impact her parents' divorce had on her. She revealed some difficult times she had after her parents decided to discontinue their romantic connection in an interview with Nana Romeo on Accra FM

She sounded as if she was still suffering from the anguish from her past, speaking almost to the point of tears. “I never had a parent or guardian come to visit me when I was in school, SSS, like everyone else did.”
Mumin recounted, “I had to be in school, eat the gari just like that, and if the food was coming or not arriving when I went to school, that was it.”

“I can honestly say that I essentially grew up on my own. When I was sick, I had to bring myself to the hospital and keep my thoughts to myself because there was no one else to share them with. Quite a bit.” When she shared the news about growing up, many people comforted her online.
