Davido Warns Nigerians To Be Careful Due To The Rise In Kidnapping Cases

David Adeleke, the CEO of DMW Records, has called on residents and tourists of Lekki, Lagos Island, to pay heed to the increasing number of kidnapping cases in the region.

The musician, who just celebrated his six-year-old daughter's birthday, took to Instagram to announce an abduction case near the axis.

Unknown gunmen, according to Davido, work in some areas of Lekki, targeting individuals as early as 8 p.m.

He said; “Breaking: Kidnappers on the prowl on Admiralty way, Lekki, Lagos State. Reports indicate several persons abducted at about 8 pm yesterday night by gunmen. There have been growing cases of abduction along Ozumba Mbadiwe, Falom and Admiralty way in recent time.”
