“Watch Out For My New Project” – Amerado
Amerado, a Ghanaian rapper, has admitted that deciding to pursue rap music has been difficult, though he is steadily integrating into the industry.
Many young rappers have slipped off the line due to their failure to adapt their styles to suit into the scheme, according to Derrick Sarfo Kantanka, a real-life rap phenomenon.
In an interview with GNA Entertainment, Amerado said that as a musician, regardless of your rap zeal, you should be able to give music fans what they want.
“It's been a long road to the top. When a rapper first learns his profession, he or she always wants to stay loyal to their passion, but you may need to adapt to fit your audience.
“I began as a hardcore rapper, but I sometimes turn because the majority of Ghanaians like danceable music.
“Some young rappers suffer because music fans want a combination of cool and hard music, so you will have to turn to get attention,” he said. “However, the most important thing is to be charming and have the right ideas to drive yourself to the top.”
Despite his success with 37 episodes of “Yeetensem,” Amerado announced that he and his team are working on something different that will excite music fans, and that fans can keep an eye out for his new project.
Amerado went on to say that award-winning rapper Okyeame Kwame has influenced him in the music business because of how he has branded himself over the years and continues to do so.
