I don’t have any problem with Kidi if truly he stole the ‘Champagne’ title from me – Ayesem

Ghanaian musician, Ayesem has said that he doesn't have any issue with sensational artist Kidi even if he stole from his song ‘Champagne”.

Ayesem previously released a snippet of his song “Champagne” and asked his fans when it would be appropriate to release it. A few weeks later, Kidi released his own song, Champagne.

Ayemsem told Yoofi Eyeson on Spice FM's Pimpinaa Show that he doesn't mind if Kidi got inspiration for his song from his. He went on to say that he holds no grudge against him.

Ayesem further stated that the music industry is full of creativity; adding that if Kidi did not steal any of his lyrics from his Champagne song, he holds nothing against him.

”For me mimicking another artiste's words or title in your song is okay so far as the whole lyrics are not the same. It's all about creativity because this is a creative art industry. It could even be that he wrote the song long ago before I did mine, how about that?”, He questioned.
